**Important note for USA customers ordering MP-05 Megatron. We will not be responsible, if for some reason customs decides to seize or open the package. In this case your order will be NON-REFUNDABLE.** We at Kool Toyz are dedicated to delivering quality products at great prices. Our goal is to make sure that satisfaction is guaranteed. All of our products are handled with care from the moment we receive them, until they are in the hands of Canada Post. We use Canada Post for shipping our packages, we have not had a problem with them, and feel very secure using their services. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the item(s) and are shipped through Canada Post. Taxes are extra where applicable. Kool Toyz is not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipping. We offer a FLAT RATE shipping of $8.99* to Canadian Residents only. All Canadian shipments will include a tracking number and will be insured up to $100, free of charge. Additional insurance can be purchased for the cost of $1.80 for every $100 of insurance. For shipments to the USA additional insurance can be purchased for the cost of $2.00 for every $100 of insurance. All orders will be $8.99 for all your purchases within Canada. You will be able to purchase what ever you like and pay a flat rate of $8.99 for shipping. For large orders that require multiple boxes $8.99 will be charged per box. Please note wholesale orders and discounted items do not qualify for the Flat Rate shipping. *Please Note: Shipping to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut do not qualify for the Flat Rate shipping. Also certain items are not eligible for our Flat Rate policy, due to their size and weight. Those items will be clearly marked on our website. International Orders When shipping to international addresses, we will declare the FULL PURCHASE PRICE of the item(s) and mark the customs form as Merchandise/Other. We are not responsible for any taxes, Tariffs, or delays in delivery caused by the customs offices in your country. We are required by law to properly fill out these forms, and there can be no exceptions. Shipping to the United States will start at $14.00 and go up based on the weight of the item(s).
