| Ordering: Prices and special offers are subject to change without notice. We make ordering convenient and take great care to ensure all information is accurate. However, mistakes may occur. We will correct any mistake as soon as possible and notify customers who are affected. If necessary, an order may be cancelled prior to shipping. However, customers who cancel orders will be required to pay a penalty of 15% of the total item price before shipping costs. Returns: There will also be a 15% restocking fee on all returns/refunds. We do not accept Exchanges and/or Refunds on items that are or have been opened. Please note Shipping and Handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE for Exchanges and/or Refunds unless there was a mistake on our part in shipping the wrong item(s). The buyer is responsible for the postage on the return and it must be returned in EXACT CONDITION AS SENT! Disclaimer: Items on this website are imported and can not be returned to the manufacturer, even if due to manufacturer defects and/or missing parts. We accept all responsibility for the condition of the items from the time the items were in our possession, but we are not responsible for manufacturer defects or omissions. Payments: All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. For your convenience we accept PayPal, E-mail Money Transfer, International Money Orders, and Cash. Our PayPal ID is: sheraz@kooltoyz.ca. We will accept US payment for customers wishing to pay in US funds. Local buyers can arrange for pick-up. Please email us your order before sending payment if you are not using the shopping cart. Ontario Residents will be charged 13% HST. Canadian Residents of New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, will be charged 13% HST, Canadian Residents of British Columbia will be charged 12% HST, Canadian Residents of Nova Scotia will be charged 15% HST and all other Canadian residents will be charged 5% GST. Items will be shipped upon arrival. The payment will guarantee the item for you, but in rare occurrences we do not receive our full shipment. In this case, the first orders placed will be the first orders filled. We can't "guarantee" our pre-orders since we basically have no control over the supply. In this event we will do our very best to fill pre-orders. If you order from our pre-order menu and also from our regular in store items, we will ship out your entire package once the last item arrives in our warehouse. This cuts down on confusion on what's been shipped and the cost in shipping for us. Please order separate item(s) in different orders if you wish for items to be delivered sooner than others.
